We can philosophize all day about or 'identify' The Attention Crisis and make resolutions to look at our phones less, but that will not move the needle. To change our lives, we need to address the nervous system, dopamine, belief systems and the way we narrate this situation inside to ourselves and out loud to each other.
The attention wound is systemic so we heal it together.

I put a lot of energy and vision into my workshops. Participants have been repeatedly told me that they would pay more than I charge. My intention is also to gather many people as this practice wants to be robust and spread widely. About Molly
I'm in it for the long haul. Though attention may be en vogue and suddenly deemed worthy of hot takes, it is not a new topic for me. For over 30 years, it has been part of my daily wondering, conversations and commitment. I've read deeply and widely, created many a practice around it, cried heavy tears and vowed to friends that I would devote my life to preserving The Tactile. I'm not hopeless; instead, I see a profound opportunity for each of us and humanity, should we choose to take it. I'm a proud member of the bridge generation that grew up analog and met digital in our young adulthood. I've been tracking the shift in human attention very personally in all of my relationships and at large. As a facilitator and woman in mid-life, I've led many groups, large and small, through a reclaiming of attention. Dear Future Generations, you better believe I'm invested in you.
I'm the author of two literary memoirs and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner so I bring a top down + bottom up approach to attention. I'm also a mother and see first hand what is at risk and what is possible. You can read more about me here.
