We have entered a new zone.
Let's go beyond primal screams and hitting your pillow.
What is being called up in us right now?
We need another way to engage our rage.
Rage is one of the most sacred mobilizing forces on the planet.
ONLY IF... IT IS EMBODIED.
It becomes life force.
It is a fight response to a boundary crossing.
It crystalizes what matters to us and what we want to defend.
What does"Female Rage" mean for this era?
How do you engage your personal and shared rage?
For the greater good.
Instead of it burning you alive, exhausting your body, becoming chronic or taking you or others down.
This process is NOT a cognitive idea.
Nor is it about suppressing or tamping anything down.
It's body-based.
The stars (our possible future) need the presence of our bodies.
Female bones know that the body isn't to be transcended.
The body is the path to transcendance.
What's Our Flow?
This originated as a 3-part mini course. Despite sign ups, I cancelled it because my attention was pulled rapidly toward my next book and I felt my rage chapter was integrated and complete. Of course, I still experience rage and anger (hello, being human), but it, as a topic, is no longer the center of my life. It is complete, in the sense that it isn't my professional "thing"; I won't be using the word rage in any titles anymore, and this is the very last workshop I will run on the topic. However, I received MANY emails for you all saying, "Can I pay for the prompts? Can you send us a video? I need this!" So, I took myself on a mountain walk (there's no snow here) and got the answer. What would work for me; what would work for others? Now, it's a 2-3 hour robust burst of a course. Lots of connection and cross-pollination and a chance for me to cover everything I planned to but in a different format. Feels GOOD to me, and I hope to you too.

I will also share my own development with rage since my book Body Full of Stars: Female Rage and My Passage into Motherhood. It's the 8th year anniversary and I haven't share publicly about my rage journey since then.
"The magic Molly weaves can’t be overstated – there’s alchemy and containment such that I felt safe, seen, and heard throughout the experience. It felt like we were going to the far reaches of possibility, all the while knowing in our bones that we would be held and cared for if we caught an edge. Her attunement to the group and her willingness to meet us where we were is unparalleled. It has woken me up, and made me come alive." Isabelle Wallace
“I felt held! Molly created a solid container but it also allowed for a ton of spontaneity, organic stuff unfolding. I witnessed some very powerful moments of people healing, myself included. I also made a joke that my back hurt from all the 'interior landscaping' we were doing. Unbelievable. Unforgettable. Authentic. Real.” – Marissa Fisher
"Being in space and time with Molly feels so big, so potent. 24 hours feels like a lifetime. It feels like medicine. She has helped me understand more about myself than 17 therapists! Her authenticity, warmth and generosity make me feel safe being a human." – Amy Baumgarten

If ONE of the following is true,
then Female Rage Redux is for you.
You want to burn it all down on the regular.
Your anger invigorates and then exhaustes you, it's overspilling.
You feel the pain of others and the earth in your body
You don't have access to your anger. Anger is scary.
You are constantly even keeled and wondering why.
Your jaw feels tight often.
You want to activate your creativity.
You feel tender or grumpy.
You can't believe other people aren't as angry.
You've expressed your anger on repeat and nothing inside you is changing.
Your rage has made your life intolerable.
Irritiability is a familiar backdrop.
You are enraged by the state of the world.
You read "Body Full of Stars" and saw yourself in the book.
You are curious.

About Molly
Molly Caro May is an author, teacher and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her book Body Full of Stars was named a “searingly eloquent memoir" and she was one of the first modern memoirists to use the phrase female rage. She has facilitated personal narrative workshops across the country for almost 20 years and weaves nervous system resilience into the mix. You can read more about her incredible TEACHERS and what brought her to it personally here. Her mission is to democratize expression and explore, in good company, the healing alchemy between story and nervous system. Molly grew up in five countries and now lives in Montana with her husband and two children. Facilitating is her song and she never tires of diving in with a group as she believes the only way through is 'alongside.' She wrote Body Full of Stars when she was 34. She's now almost 47. In those years, her rage has grown up and matured beside her.
