I come to YOU, to your community.

It's a completely custom gathering.

Why

Integration. That is why. I want my circles to be more than a cool thing you did once. I want the impact to last and fold into your tactile life. When people have integration partners post retreat, the traction deepens. When you explore story and nervous system with your everyday community (not separate from them), you already have an inherent integration structure. You are accountable to each other. You start to culture-build in a new way together. It is powerful.

What

You get to be the organizer and visionary. You create the theme and setting. You know your community best and that's the point. What do they want or need? Where do they feel most comfortable? Who will you invite? You tailor it. Online or in-person? 3-hour, 1-day or 3-5 day options? Small (as few as 5) or big (up to 50 people)? I show up with a custom curriculum and inevitably as an outsider to the group: someone with different eyes and very open ears. I am highly adaptable and very comfortable and energized in that role. Together, we see what happens and I always trust the orchestration beyond any of us.

Who

Personal or professional groups. Friends. Reunions. Non-profits. Book clubs. Schools. Corporate environments. Team-building in any setting. Transitional or threshold moments that desire signifying. I love working in a range of situations; if your group doesn't fit in any of the above, please reach out and surprise me. You never know.

How

Once you fill out the form below and we agree to work together, I send you a blurb description and you start to make it happen. You spread the word, fill the gathering, locate the venue, strategize all the logistics, set the price point, and get everything set up. When I arrive, I do what I do best: facilitate a transformational circle.

“I felt instantly connected to every person here which feels magical. Being with Molly feels warm and safe. Absolutely safe. Which is a gift. I don’t think that’s something every facilitator can create. It feels natural and unforced for her. I can be exactly who I am here. This experience has radically changed my life. I have made friends who feel like soul mates. I feel like I’m falling in love with people.”– Naomi Gottlieb-Miller

"The magic she weaves can’t be overstated – there’s alchemy and containment such that I felt safe, seen, and heard throughout the experience. It felt like we were going to the far reaches of possibility, all the while knowing in our bones that we would be held and cared for if we caught an edge. Molly’s attunement to the group and her willingness to meet us where we were is unparalleled. It has woken me up, and made me come alive in every possible way." – Isabelle Wallace

“Molly is incredibly intentional. She’s telling a story as she facilitates. I love the natural pacing she brings to the entire experience. The community and authenticity and safety she’s created has been deeply impactful. It’s mystical, almost like we’ve lost track of time and space. It’s hard to put into words!" – Britta Shiels

Step 1: Fill out the form below. Please be detailed. I am sussing out whether we are good fits for each other. I will only create custom experiences for people and communities where my work and ethic aligns.

Step 2: Once you fill out the form, you'll hear back within 7 days with next steps.

Step 3:  Let the co-creation begin.

Your workshop made my spirit sing. It helped me feel workable and not alone. I felt such loosening in my jaw and head and shoulders when you said things like, “human nature, story nature is to have latitude.” I have softened and shifted my dark victim tunnel vision into holding possibilities and feeling bolstered. Thank you, Molly.
