Hey Bozeman,

I'm coming to you live, most Friday mornings @ The Light House downtown.

Words From Real People

"Your complete lack of pretension was so nice. There was no eager ego there. That made it easier for us to blubber along trying to find our feet. Really Molly, you do have a touch. You’re a natural." N. Alexander
"Your facilitation seemed effortless, natural and authentic. You let each of us go down our path in our way. You have tremendous warmth and radiate an openness and quiet confidence that foster such an inclusive environment. You have a powerful HEARTFUL intensity. YOU are fierce in the most wonderful way." S. Costello

Do you live in Bozeman, Montana?

Come join me for a live one-hour class called MAMMALING.

A movement-meets-story experience that invites you to listen to the internal whispers of your body and follow them. Mammaling blends nervous system awareness, authentic movement, sensory play, and personal writing in a communal circle. Instead of pre-set sequences, this class moves from the inside out, helping you develop fluidity in both your body and your personal narrative. Come remember your animal body, reconnect to instinct, and celebrate your unique expression within a supportive group.

It's going to be playful, inclusive, exploratory.

Each week, will use the inspiration from a surprise mammal (different from the mammals in my online Mammaling workshops).

About Molly

Molly Caro May is an author, teacher and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her book Body Full of Star was named a “searingly eloquent memoir." She has facilitated personal narrative workshops across the country for almost two decades and weaves nervous system resilience into the mix. You can read more about her incredible TEACHERS and what brought her to it personally here. Her mission is to democratize expression and explore, in good company, the healing alchemy between story and nervous system. Molly grew up in five countries and now lives in Montana with her husband and two children who are somehow already 12 and 9 years old. Facilitating is her song and she never tires of diving in with a group as she believes the only way through is 'alongside.'
