I have facilitated workshops for over 15 years. I'm the author of two literary memoirs and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. That means I bring a top down + bottom up approach to everything I facilitate. You can read more about me here. Inhabiting my mammal self has always been a draw for me, even as a child living in many different terrains. I believe we humans are at an essential crossroads where the OPPORTUNITY to be-come is huge. Let us not miss it.
