New Mexico: Ghost Ranch

Ghost Ranch is gorgeous retreat center set in the painted hills of New Mexico. 

I want to be transparent about pricing, as "all inclusive" can sometimes seem mysterious.

• Tuition is $1200 (that covers my faciltation, planning, organizing and Saadia's supporting role)
• Food is approx $135 for 11 meals
• Lodging varies based on what you choose (that covers the cost of your room/board, site fees, and group meeting space rental)

Please read below for details. 

 

FOOD: Three meals a day served cafeteria style with salad bar, vegetarian option and some gluten-free items.  LODGING: You have options: private room w/private bath, private room w/shared bath (between two rooms), and camping. Once you have registered and paid, please email Saadia at retreats@mollycaromay.com if you have chosen a shared bathroom and want to request to share that with a friend also attending. We have rooms held in Aspen, Poplar, Cottonwood (above library) and Coyote. The rooms are all basically the same but if you would like to request one of these locations please let Saadia know. You can take a look here. Each room happens to have two beds: queen + double, double + twin, or double + double. You can book them solo and I expect many of you will do so. However, if you would like to share a room with a friend (Private Room + Private Bath) please do the following:  One of you register and secure the room. Please DO NOT choose a Private Room + Shared Bath as there will be another person who expects to share that bathroom with one person not two. The other person email Saadia IMMEDIATELY to say you want to share the room with your friend and we will issue you a separate invoice for payment. We will let you know the lodging fee and you can square it away with one another. **Please note, it is essential that you do so right away as we don't want to overbook attendee numbers. If you don't let us know THAT DAY that you want to share room with your friend, there's a chance that attendee spot will no longer be available and only the person who booked the room will be able to attend. That would be sadness. So, let us know!

*For camping, your registration will be complete after you have 1) registered and paid with for the retreat here, 2) booked a camping site through Ghost Ranch, and 3) sent a receipt of your site to Saadia. *The intention of the group retreat is to all be in the same place and on the same grounds; therefore, choosing the Camping button and then finding accomodation outside of Ghost Ranch isn't an option. There aren't many places nearby anyway. It's remote!

Refund Policy

If you cancel 3 months before the 1st day of retreat, your full tuition goes toward future credit with workshops.

If you cancel after the 3 months mark, 1/3 of your tuition goes toward future credit with my workshops.

Both of these expire 12/31/2024.

If we can fill your spot, your lodging is all refunded.

If we can't fill your spot, we follow the retreat center’s refund policy:

• if you cancel 3 months before the 1st day of retreat, you get a 100% refund of your lodging.
• if you cancel after the 3 months mark, we cannot refund your lodging.

If Molly has to cancel for personal reasons, Covid or forest fires, participants' tuition will be credited to future retreat dates and all lodging fees will be refunded.
