About the event

Full of Yourself is a workshop/retreat in which lodging is up to you. Our gathering hours will be Friday, 5-8pm, Saturday 10-6pm and Sunday 9-12pm.

Your workshop made my spirit sing. It helped me feel workable and not alone. I felt such loosening in my jaw and head and shoulders when you said things like, “human nature, story nature is to have latitude.” I have softened and shifted my dark victim tunnel vision into holding possibilities and feeling bolstered.
