You have a beat. I have a beat. Together, our different beats connect, collide, harmonize, expand. Like concentric ripples on a lake. Like the mycelial network. Nutrient sharing and full of deep mutual benefit. What happens when we explore these beats, stretch them, celebrate them and acknowledge the mystical connection between them in the company of others?

It is "the way" of our human mammal.

These are one-off online workshops: take one or take them all.

During each one, we will explore a theme and unearth and play with our beats through story and nervous system. You leave nourished, filled up, ready for this life.

For some workshops, I will drive solo.

Others are collaborations, a chance for me to co-create and converse with someone I dig, a way we blend our beats and bring you into the mix.

Generative. An infusion. Connecting.

10% of all proceeds from my solo workshops go to The Loveland Foundation providing financial assistance to Black women and non-binary individuals seeking therapy or Calling Our Spirits Forward empowering indigenous communities in Montana with culturally rooted strategies to provide sustainable public and community health resources.

10% of all proceeds from collab workshops will go to an organization chosen by my co-facilitator.

When you commit, you are committing to something that extends beyond you. No refunds on these.

Upcoming Events

Your workshop made my spirit sing. It helped me feel workable and not alone. I felt such loosening in my jaw and head and shoulders when you said things like, “human nature, story nature is to have latitude.” I have softened and shifted my dark victim tunnel vision into holding possibilities and feeling bolstered. Thank you, Molly.
